Function:  remove( sl : stringlist, i : integer ) ;

  sl
         the stringlist you are removing from
  i
         the index you want to remove

This function allows you to remove a string from a stringlist with out
leaving a blank spot in the stringlist.
Example:  remove (sl, i);
