Taunt Skill

Class and level:

 Taunt Level 30

Usage:

 taunt <target>

Confident - or perhaps overconfident - in their own combat prowess, the Barbarian may (if successful) taunt their enemies. If successfully executed during battle, the opponent may lose focus for a period of time and forget to return attacks. If successfully executed outside of combat, the victim will initiate an attack in response to the ruthless taunting.
